In this guide will walk you through our powerful presentation-to-video transformation process. Upload your presentation and convert it into a polished, studio-quality video that enhances your professional messaging.
Accessing the Upload Feature
After logging into the Demokraft AI application portal, you will find the Upload Presentation option prominently displayed on the home page, making it easy to start your video creation journey.
Preparing Your Presentation for Upload
To upload your presentation, click on Upload Presentation.File Requirements:
- Must be in PDF format (each slide on a separate page).
- Maximum length of 15 slides.
- Note: Currently, only PDF files are supported, but support for PowerPoint files is coming soon.
Upload and Preprocessing Workflow
Once you upload your file, it starts preprocessing and it opens directly within our editor. While this happens, our system performs essential internal preprocessing, similar to our video upload process. Please allow a moment for this to complete.
Processing Time and Video Readiness
The preprocessing duration depends on the number of slides in your presentation. After processing finishes, your presentation video will be displayed in the editor, ready for your review and adjustments.
Slide-Based Video Scenes
Each slide from your presentation becomes a distinct scene within the video timeline. You can view multiple slides simultaneously in the editor, enabling straightforward navigation and editing for each segment of your presentation.
Automatic Script Generation for Voiceover
In the Script section, we automatically generate a script corresponding to each slide. This feature simplifies voiceover creation by providing editable scripts that match your visual content precisely.
Visual Preview Without Voiceover
When your video opens in the editor, it initially presents the visual slides without any voiceover. This allows you to focus entirely on perfecting the layout and order of the visual elements before adding audio narration.Script Review and Voiceover Preparation
At this point, you can thoroughly review and edit the automatically generated script text. Once satisfied with the text, you have the option to enhance it further using AI assistance or proceed directly to generate the voiceover.
Selecting Your AI Voice
To create an engaging audio narration, select your preferred AI voice from the available library options. For example, you might choose a voice profile like Chris to best match your presentation’s tone and style.
Generating the Voiceover
After selecting your AI voice, simply click the Generate voice button to produce and apply the voiceover to your presentation video seamlessly.Synchronized Audio for Each Slide
Our system generates a unique voiceover for each slide, transforming each into a distinct scene with perfectly synchronized audio that aligns with your edited script. Once completed, you can easily play back the video with the integrated sound to verify the narrative flow.
Voiceover Integration and Duration
You can observe how effectively the voiceover has been integrated into your video timeline. The total video duration automatically updates—for instance, reflecting 2 minutes and 20 seconds—to match the exact pacing and length of the generated voiceover narration.
Enhancing Your Video with Media Elements
To elevate your video further, you can add creative editing features such as:- Custom background images
- Background music loops
- Tailored visuals to match your brand
Personalizing Video Appearance
Similar to standard video editing workflows, you can effortlessly incorporate brand images and audio files to fully personalize your presentation, making it highly professional and engaging.
Creating a Document from Your Presentation
Beyond videos, you can also generate structured documents from your presentation content. Navigate to the Document tab within the workspace. This powerful feature allows you to repurpose your content efficiently into written assets.
Editing and Exporting Documents
Clicking the Document tab triggers automatic text document generation based on your presentation’s script. From here, you can:- Edit the generated textual content as needed.
- Click the Export button to download the finished document file for external distribution.
