How it works

The content you build in AI Studio flows directly into AI Hub — no manual uploading, no rebuilding. Click Send to Hub from AI Studio’s export panel and your demo is live in your Hub content library, ready to be assembled into sessions and shared with prospects. Once live, every session runs the same way:

Content arrives from AI Studio

Videos, step-by-step docs, and GIFs created in AI Studio appear automatically in your Hub content library. Updates made in AI Studio sync to Hub with a single click — your deployed demos stay current without rebuilding from scratch.

AI Demo Agent greets the visitor

When a prospect opens your session link, the AI Demo Agent sends a personalised welcome message and introduces itself. The agent’s name, avatar, and opening message are all configurable to match your brand voice.

Agent asks qualifying questions

The agent asks up to five qualifying questions — role, team size, buying timeline, key challenges, and more. Answers can be multiple-choice or free-text. This takes the visitor under 60 seconds and determines exactly which content they see next.

Content routes to match their answers

Based on the visitor’s answers, the agent navigates them through the content path most relevant to their use case. A Sales leader sees a different sequence than a Developer or a Customer Success Manager — even though they all opened the same session link.
