Static Playlist
A Static Playlist delivers your content as a structured, sequential library — videos and docs that viewers watch at their own pace with no AI interaction. Think of it as a professional, branded version of a YouTube playlist, fully tracked and under your control.What it is: content items play in the order you set them. Viewers can watch from start to finish or jump to any item directly. There is no AI agent, no qualifying questions, and no chat panel. What you get is a clean, distraction-free viewing experience backed by meaningful completion analytics.Best for:

How to create a Static Playlist:Create the playlist
In AI Hub, click New Session → Static Playlist.
Add your content
Add content items from your Hub library in the order you want viewers to see them. Drag to reorder.
Set access control
Choose your access tier — Open, Credential-Based, or Verified/Whitelisted — to match the sensitivity of the content. See Access Control for details. Publish and share
Click Publish, copy the shareable link, and distribute it to your audience.
Analytics you get:
- Completion rates per content item
- Time spent per item
- Drop-off points showing exactly where viewers stop watching
- Total viewer count and unique viewer count
Conversational Playlist
A Conversational Playlist adds an AI assistant layer on top of your standard playlist experience. Viewers watch your content at their own pace and can ask the AI agent questions at any point — the agent draws on your product knowledge base to answer accurately in real time.What it is: your content plays in sequence as it would in a Static Playlist, but a chat panel is always visible. Viewers can type or speak questions whenever something sparks their curiosity. The AI answers from the knowledge base you configure — your Hub videos, docs, GIFs, and any custom FAQ entries you add. Questions and answers are logged and surfaced in the lead intelligence report.Best for:

Add your content
Add content items from your Hub library in the order you want viewers to see them.
Configure the knowledge base scope
In Agent Settings → Knowledge Base, toggle on the content items the AI agent should draw on when answering viewer questions. Add Custom FAQ entries for pricing, security, and common objections.
Set access control and publish
Choose your access tier, publish, and share the link.
Analytics adds (on top of Static Playlist):
- Full question logs — every question a viewer asked and every answer the agent gave
- Most-asked topics across all viewers — reveals gaps in your demo content
- Pause-to-question moments — the exact timestamps where viewers stopped watching to ask something, indicating high-interest sections
AI Demo Agent Guided Session
The most advanced and highest-converting mode. The AI Demo Agent takes an active role from the first moment — greeting your prospect, asking qualifying questions, routing them to the right content based on their answers, scoring their intent, and providing in-session Q&A throughout. This is full AI-guided lead qualification at scale.What it is: the AI Demo Agent greets visitors with a personalised welcome message, then asks up to five qualifying questions before any content plays. Based on their answers, the agent routes each visitor to the content path most relevant to their role, team size, or use case. Every visitor who opens the same link can see an entirely different demo sequence. The agent stays active throughout, answering questions and scoring engagement signals. At the end, it delivers a closing CTA message configured by you.Best for:

How to create an AI Demo Agent Guided Session:Create the session
In AI Hub, click New Session → AI Demo Agent Guided Session.
Configure the agent persona
Set the agent’s display name, introductory message, and avatar image. See AI Demo Agent for full configuration options. Add qualifying questions and routing rules
Add up to five qualifying questions and map each answer to a specific content path. Configure fallback behaviour for visitors whose answers don’t match any routing rule.
Connect CRM sync
Connect HubSpot or Salesforce so Lead Intelligence profiles push to your CRM automatically when sessions complete. See Lead Intelligence. Publish and share or embed
Publish the session, copy the shareable link, or embed it on your website or landing page using the embed code from the Share menu.
Analytics adds (on top of Conversational Playlist):
- Qualification scores from 0–100 per visitor
- Full CRM Lead Intelligence profiles with visitor identity, engagement depth, and intent signals
- Routing paths taken — see which content paths visitors followed
- Intent signal timelines — a chronological log of every engagement action
- Meeting bookings attributed to Hub sessions
