The DemoKraft AI Email integration keeps your team informed the moment a high-intent event happens in an AI Hub session. Instead of checking dashboards or waiting for updates, your team receives a structured alert card in the Slack channel of your choice — with the visitor’s name, company, qualification score(if applicable), and direct links to their Lead/Viewer Intelligence profile.

What it sends

The Email bot posts an alert when any of the following events occur:
  • A session completion score (if applicable).
  • A visitor event like CTA button clicked.

Setup

Connect Email

Go to Integrations → Email and click toggle switch and click configure icon.

Provide Email ids you want to send alerts on.

In the Email integration settings, add email ids to send alerts on. Click Save.

Configure your alert triggers

Click Settings -> Notifications and set your preferences in Notifications config.
