Once a video is uploaded, it is added to your content list. From here, you can organize videos into playlists for better content structure and user navigation. This functionality operates similarly to playlist management on platforms like YouTube, allowing you to group related videos effectively. Will cover how to manage playlists in a different guide.

Uploading Documents for Conversational Engagement

The Hub also supports uploading documents relevant to your product to enable conversational AI engagement. Currently supported document formats include:
  • PDF
  • Microsoft Word (DOC/DOCX)
  • Plain text (TXT)
Uploading these documents allows the AI agent to access detailed product context during user interactions.
