This guide walks you through every step of creating a complete, AI-enhanced product demo video — from uploading your raw screen recording all the way to publishing a shareable link and activating your content as a live lead qualification experience in AI Hub. You don’t need any video editing experience, and you don’t need a perfect recording to start. DemoKraft AI handles the polish. Here is quick walk through video:
Here are the steps to follow after you have logged in to the app.

Upload your recording

Navigate to AI Studio in the left sidebar, then click New Project.Choose how you want to bring your content in:
  • Upload a file — drag and drop an .mp4 screen recording directly into the project window
  • Upload a deck — import a PowerPoint (.pdf) and DemoKraft AI generates a narrated walkthrough from your slides. Save pptx file as pdf and upload it, ensure each page has one slide. Currently max upto 15 slides are supported.
  • Extension Recording — launch the Demokraft chrome extension to capture your screen — no additional software required
App will start pre-processing (typically takes few minutes depending on duration of video) and open up the video in Studio editor.

Review and enhance the script

DemoKraft AI auto-detects your narration or creates script for presentation and automatically generates a the script that you can view and review.
  1. Open the Script panel on the right side of the editor.
  2. Review script and edit any segment by clicking it directly.
  3. Use AI Rewrite to enhace it with AI (optional).

Choose your voiceover

Replace the original audio — background noise, filler words, and all — with a professional AI voice:
  1. In the Script panel, select AI Voice to generate voiceover in (optional)— changes sync to the voiceover automatically.
  2. Browse the voice library and filter by language, accent, or gender to find the right fit for your audience.
  3. Click Preview to hear a 15-second sample of any voice with your actual script.
  4. Click Generate Speech to synchronise the AI voice to your video timeline.

Add visual effects (optional)

Add production-grade effects to guide your viewer’s attention and bring your demo to life:
  1. Open the Effects panel.
  2. Click the moment in the timeline where you want an effect to appear.
  3. Choose from: Zoom & Blur, Spotlight, Arrow/Line, Image/Video Overlay, Textbox, Animated Objects.
  4. Fine-tune each effect’s settings in the properties panel on the left, then drag it to the correct position on the timeline.
Effects are added as non-destructive timeline layers, so you can adjust or remove them at any time without re-processing your video.

Export your content

A single DemoKraft AI project generates three assets simultaneously — you can choose what you want to export:Click Export in the top toolbar, select the formats you want, then download the files locally or copy the sharing link for each asset.

Activate in AI Hub (optional)

Turn your finished video into an AI-guided interactive demo that qualifies leads or allows users to access your content, before you even speak with them:
  1. Click Hub from the side bar on app home screen, select Videos and upload your product videos.
  2. Click Documents tab and upload your product documents for AI Agent to use to answer product questions.
  3. Click Playlists and create playlists with videos and documents you need.
  4. In AI Hub, choose a Playlist Type:
    • Static Playlist — a curated, self-navigated playlist of your videos
    • Conversational Playlist — an AI that recommends videos based on visitor responses
    • **AI Demo Agent Lead Qualification **— a fully conversational AI that greets visitors, guides them through the demo, and qualifies their intent in real time
  5. Configure Access type as per your needs. 
  6. Save the playlist and once playlist list,  copy your playlist link or embed code and share it with prospects, add it to your website, or drop it into your CRM.
