Create your account
Go to the sign-up page
Open app.demokraft.ai/signup in your browser.
Sign up with your work email or Google
Enter your work email address and choose a password, or click Sign in with Google to use your existing Google account. Using your work email (rather than a personal address) ensures your workspace is associated with your organisation from the start.
Verify your email address
Check your inbox for a confirmation email from DemoKraft AI and click the verification link. The link expires after 24 hours — if you don’t see the email, check your spam folder or request a new one from the sign-in page.
Set up your profile
Navigate to Settings → Profile to personalise your account. Your profile details appear in shared content and in AI Hub sessions when enabled.| Field | Notes |

Configure your workspace
Your workspace is the shared environment where your organisation’s projects, content library, and AI Hub deployments live. Every DemoKraft AI account has one workspace.Workspace name and URL
- Go to Settings → Workspace.
- Set your Workspace name — this appears in the platform header and in all shared links (for example, Acme Corp).
- Set your Workspace URL — this forms the base of all Hub-shared demo links (for example,
acme.demokraft.ai), or connect a custom domain if your plan supports it.
Brand kit
Upload your organisation’s brand assets to apply them consistently across every video, doc, and Hub experience your team creates.- Go to Settings → Brand Kit.
- Upload your logo (SVG or PNG with a transparent background recommended).
- Set your primary colour and secondary colour — used across templates, doc headers, and Hub player themes.
- Upload custom fonts if required (TTF or OTF format).
Brand Kit is available on Growth and Enterprise plans only. On the Starter plan, all content uses the default DemoKraft AI style.
Invite team members
Add members to your workspace
- Go to Settings → Team.
- Click Invite Member.
- Enter the team member’s work email address and select their role (see the table below).
- Click Send Invite — the invitee receives an email with a link to join your workspace.

SSO and two-factor authentication
SSO (SAML) is available on Enterprise plans only. Contact support@demokraft.ai to configure SAML-based single sign-on with your identity provider (Okta, Azure AD, or Google Workspace).
- Go to Settings → Security.
- Click Enable 2FA.
- Scan the QR code with your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, or 1Password).
- Enter the 6-digit code to confirm and activate.
