## AI Studio Plans
AI Studio helps teams turn raw recordings, videos, or presentations into polished, brand-ready product content using AI-assisted scripts, voiceovers, and visuals.
### Studio Frequently Asked Questions
In Studio, every video you record or upload, or presentation you upload, becomes available as a project in AI Studio. When you translate a project from one language to another, a new project is created for the target language. You can see the project list under the Studio section in the app.
Under the **Settings** section in the app, there is a **Billing** subsection. You can go to the "Studio Overview" to see your plan details like subscribed usage and available limits.
This is the number of new projects you can create every month. This limit is reset at the end of your billing cycle. Please note that during translation, a new project is created and it will consume from this new video project limit.
Each Studio plan has a specific duration up to which you can export a video. Let's say you are on the Free Studio plan and it allows up to 10 mins of export video duration; you can export videos until the total sum of all the exported videos reaches that month's export duration limit.
If the duration of the video you are trying to export exceeds the available limit, it won't allow you to export. You will need to upgrade to a higher plan if you need more export video duration. The same export video duration applies to both video and GIF exports. For example: if you have a 2-minute video to be exported, exporting both the video and the GIF for that video will consume 2+2 (4) minutes from your plan's export duration limit. This limit resets at the end of every billing cycle.
This is the total maximum limit on the number of Studio projects you can have at any given time. If your plan allows a max of 3 projects, you can have up to 3 projects. This limit does not reset every month. If you reach the max limit, you will need to delete an existing project to make way for new projects. If you need a higher limit, upgrade to a higher plan.
The Brand kit allows for custom aspects like custom voices (coming soon), uploading custom background images (coming soon), uploading custom background music, premium voiceover capabilities, and more.
Seats allow multiple users to collaborate using a single DemoKraft account so that multiple users can create content, review, and collaborate.
Once you record or upload your video in one language, you can translate it into 39 different languages to make your content multi-lingual and reach a global audience. You can refer to the General Studio FAQ for details on the languages supported.
To provide flexibility to users, we have kept separate subscriptions for Studio and Hub. These are independent of each other. You can control your subscription plans from the **Billing** subsection in the **Settings** section of the app.
When you sign up, your account defaults to the free plan for both Hub and Studio. You can check the plan details for your account by going to the **Billing** subsection in **Settings**. If you want to change the plan for either Studio or Hub, you can do so from there.
The number of AI Voice characters refers to how much AI-generated voice you can create based on your subscription plan.
As a general guideline, about 1,000 characters of script equals approximately 1 minute of AI-generated voice. The total AI voice duration used depends on the number of characters in your video script. If you generate an AI voice for your video, the characters in your script will be counted against your plan’s AI Voice character limit.
Due to RBI guidelines in India, automatic renewals require user mandates and authentication. Because of this, subscription renewals and upgrades are handled through manual payment links.
**For renewals or upgrades:**
* You will receive an invoice with a payment link.
* Use the payment link to complete your payment before the due date.
* If payment is not completed on time, your subscription will be:
* Downgraded to the Free plan (for Hub)
* Deactivated (for Studio)
During your active subscription, Indian cards will work normally.
You can update your billing details—such as name and address—from the Billing Form tab.
**To update your billing information:**
1. Go to **Account Settings**
2. Open the **Billing** section
3. Update your details in the **Billing Form** tab
*Note: Billing details must be updated in the Billing Form to be reflected correctly on your invoices.*
## AI Hub
AI Hub delivers instant engagement through playlists. Conversations and AI-guided journeys help buyers and viewers explore without waiting for scheduled manual demos, training, or engagement sessions.
### Hub Frequently Asked Questions
We understand that your business needs can evolve, and DemoKraft AI is designed with flexibility in mind. You have the freedom to switch between our pricing tiers to find the best fit for your current requirements.
* **How to Switch:** You can easily upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time directly through your DemoKraft AI account dashboard. The process is designed to be straightforward.
* **Billing Adjustments:** When you change tiers, any adjustments to your billing are handled fairly and are typically prorated.
* *Upgrades:* If you upgrade, you’ll generally be charged a prorated amount for the difference in tier cost for the remainder of your current billing cycle. Your subsequent billing will reflect the new, higher-tier price.
* *Downgrades:* If you downgrade, the change will usually take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
* **Customized Billing Discussions:** We recognize that some organizations may have unique billing requirements. We are open to discussing customized billing arrangements, especially for larger accounts or specific contract terms, to best accommodate your needs. Please feel free to reach out to our sales or support teams to explore these options.
Our goal is to provide a seamless and transparent experience, ensuring your DemoKraft AI plan always aligns with your business objectives.
Think of Demo Session Credits as your key to unlocking interactive demo experiences for your website visitors. Here’s how they work:
1. Each DemoKraft AI billing plan includes a specific number of Demo Session Credits.
2. When a visitor on your website engages with and views a DemoKraft AI-powered demo, one Demo Session Credit is utilized from your plan’s allowance.
3. It’s straightforward: each unique demo viewing session by a visitor consumes one credit. For instance, if a single visitor initiates and views a demo twice (at different times or by re-engaging the widget for a new session), this would count as two Demo Session Credits used. These credits ensure you have a clear and predictable way to manage access to your dynamic demo content.
A “Seat” in DemoKraft AI refers to an individual user license that grants a member of your team access to your organization’s DemoKraft AI account. Here’s why seats are important:
1. **Team Collaboration:** With multiple seats, different members of your organization (such as sales representatives, marketing specialists, or demo creators) can log in to collaborate on creating, managing, distributing, and analyzing your interactive demos.
2. **Centralized Management:** Your organization’s DemoKraft AI account acts as a central hub.
3. **Admin Control:** The primary account administrator can easily add new users (assigning them a seat), define their roles, and manage permissions. This ensures secure and organized access, allowing you to control who can do what within the platform.
Essentially, each seat empowers another team member to leverage the full potential of DemoKraft AI.

# Control Who Can Access Your AI Hub Playlist Sessions and Content
Source: https://docs.demokraft.ai/ai-hub/access-control
Set exactly who can access your Hub Playlist, from open public links to email-verified whitelisted access for confidential or enterprise content.
Every piece of content you deploy through AI Hub does not need the same level of protection — a public-facing product demo and a confidential roadmap preview have very different audiences, and your access settings should reflect that. AI Hub gives you three access tiers that range from a fully open link anyone can click to email-verified, domain-whitelisted access you control down to the individual email address. You set the access level per per playlist, so each piece of content gets exactly the right amount of protection.
## Open Access
Anyone with the link can view your content. No login, no password, no verification required. This is the fastest way to get content in front of a broad audience.
**Best for:**
* Public-facing product demos on your website or landing pages
* Top-of-funnel outreach links sent via email or LinkedIn
* Conference and event demo kiosk screens
## Credential-Based Access
Viewers must provide credentials before they can see any content. But the credentials are not verified.
**Best for:**
* Draft demos shared with specific prospects before a call
* Partner portals with tiered content access
* Beta or pre-launch content shared with selected accounts
## Verified / Whitelisted Access
Viewers verify their identity via a one-time email passcode (OTP) before accessing any content.
You control who qualifies by whitelisting specific email addresses or entire email domains. No password required — verification is instant for anyone on your whitelist.
**Best for:**
* Confidential product roadmaps shared with named enterprise accounts
* Board-level and investor content (whitelist specific personal emails)
* Lead qualification with verified creds.
* Trainees/employees with verified email ids.
* Sensitive internal content (whitelist your company domain)
* High-value named account content for ABM campaigns
All three access tiers work fully with the different sharing modes. Verified / Whitelisted access provides the richest lead data because visitor identity is confirmed at the point of entry — every engagement signal in the session is attributed to a named, verified individual.

***
## Conversation Trails
You can access full conversation trails that record the verbatim interaction between the user and the AI agent during a session . This feature supports the review of conversational dynamics for improved lead nurturing .

Submitted user details undergo mandatory verification using OTP before access is granted, ensuring maximum security
### Email and Domain Access Controls
In verification with credentials based access type, you can restrict access further by specifying allowed email addresses or specific domains. This precise control prevents unauthorized viewing and ensures your videos target the intended audience.

Demokraft also allows you to filter access strictly by email type—such as permitting only personal domain extensions or business domain extensions.

***
## Selecting Playlist Type
Choose a playlist type that aligns with your exact business objectives, such as choosing a type designed for lead qualification to support guided conversational flows for sales teams.

### Conversational Playlists
Conversational playlists enable users to interact natively post-video by asking questions. The system’s AI agent responds contextually to facilitate dynamic user engagement.

### Static Playlists
Static playlists offer a passive viewing experience akin to YouTube, where users watch videos linearly without the ability to interact directly with an agent.

***
## Setting Up AI Agent & Layout
Assign playlists to structural categories based on their primary use case. This organization helps manage metrics and user experiences seamlessly.

Provide supplementary details like a welcome message, company name, product name, and a rich product description. This enriches the agent’s context to improve automated answers.

Specify who the playlist's target audience is to ensure context and recommendation logic match customer demographics perfectly.

Select your display format: horizontal or vertical orientation. You can also position video queues to the right side with vertical layout, mirroring a YouTube-style interface for familiar customer navigation.

Input specific prompt instructions for the agent during user interaction. *For instance, if pricing conversations are locked, instruct the AI agent to explicitly guide users to consult a human sales expert.*
Click **Save and Continue** to advance.

***
## Organizing Videos into Categories
Organize your videos logically into distinct categories for user navigation.

* **Creating Custom Categories:** Add a category by entering a category name and clicking **Add Category**. Newly added categories will quickly surface with available videos ready for assignment.

* **Managing Assignments:** Easily remove videos from a category to place them back into your unassigned list, or swap them across other groups.

* **Sequence Control:** Preview playlists and sequential structures. You can map out multi-category flows to customize the end-user viewing track.

When users start a live session, the structured categories are presented seamlessly for simple topic filtering.

Click **Save and Continue** to finalize your setup.

***
## Adding Supporting Documents
Attach supplementary files (from the docs you uploaded to hub) to enhance context matching for the conversational AI agent. Providing well-chosen materials increases Agent response accuracy. Save your changes after making selections to update live systems.

# Choose the Right AI Hub Playlist sharing Mode for Your Use Case
Source: https://docs.demokraft.ai/ai-hub/sharing-modes
Pick from three AI Hub Playlist sharing modes to match how you want viewers to experience your content, from simple playlists to fully AI-guided qualification.
AI Hub gives you three distinct ways to share your content using playlists — each designed for a different audience, goal, and level of interactivity. Picking the right mode is the single fastest way to improve how your content performs. A Static Playlist is perfect for onboarding a new customer cohort; that same content delivered as an AI Demo Agent Guided Session would feel intrusive and unnecessary. Choose the mode that fits the context, not the one that sounds most impressive.
## Static Playlist
A Static Playlist delivers your content as a structured, sequential library — videos that viewers watch at their own pace with no AI interaction. Think of it as a professional, branded version of a YouTube playlist, fully tracked and under your control.
**What it is:** content items play in the order you set them. Viewers can watch from start to finish or jump to any item directly. There is no AI agent, no qualifying questions, and no chat panel. What you get is a clean, distraction-free viewing experience backed by meaningful completion analytics.
**Best for:**
* New customer onboarding flows
* Internal team training and L\&D modules
* Product knowledge bases
* Event follow-up content sent post-conference
**Analytics you get:**
* Completion rates per content item
* Time spent per item
* Content watched — see which content visitor engaged with.
* Total viewer count and unique viewer count
## Conversational Playlist
A Conversational Playlist adds an AI assistant layer on top of your standard playlist experience. Viewers watch your content at their own pace and can ask the AI agent questions at any point — the agent draws on your product knowledge base to answer accurately in real time.
**What it is:** your content plays in sequence as it would in a Static Playlist, but a chat panel is always visible. Viewers can ask questions whenever something sparks their curiosity. The AI answers from the knowledge base you configure — your Hub docs you associate with that playlist. Questions and answers are logged and surfaced in the lead/viewer intelligence report.
**Best for:**
* Top-of-funnel website demos where buyers want to explore at their own pace
* Partner and reseller enablement portals
* Investor demos and analyst briefings
* Pre-sales evaluation content where buyers have specific technical questions
* Training & Onboarding if you want to give conversational experience with your content.
**Analytics adds:**
* Full question logs — every question a viewer asked and every answer the agent gave
* Content watched — see which content visitor engaged with.
* CTA action and feedback attributed to Hub sessions.
* Total viewer count and unique viewer count
* Several other insights.
## AI Demo Agent Guided Session
The most advanced and highest-converting mode. The AI Demo Agent takes an active role from the first moment — greeting your prospect, asking qualifying questions, routing them to the right content based on their answers, scoring their intent, and providing in-session Q\&A throughout. This is full AI-guided lead qualification at scale.
**What it is:** the AI Demo Agent greets visitors with a personalised welcome message, then asks qualifying questions before any content plays. Based on their answers, the agent routes each visitor to the content relevant to their needs. Every visitor who opens the same link can see an entirely tailored flow. The agent stays active throughout, answering questions and scoring engagement signals. At the end, it delivers a closing CTA message configured by you.
**Best for:**
* Sales lead qualification.
* Outbound sales prospecting and qualification (replace or supplement the intro demo call)
* ABM campaigns targeting named accounts
* Presales technical evaluation sessions
**Analytics adds:**
* Lead Qualification score on the scale of 1-5 for each lead. 5 is Highly qualified.
* Conversation history - trail of the whole conversation.
* Content watched — see which content visitor engaged with.
* Buying Intent signal — derived based on conversation and engagement.
* CTA action and feedback attributed to Hub sessions.
* Total viewer count and unique viewer count
* Several other insights.
## Use case quick reference
Use this table to choose a mode at a glance. When in doubt, the AI Demo Agent Guided Session delivers the most data — but only use it when it fits the context naturally.
| Use case | Recommended mode |
| ------------------------------- | ------------------------------ |
| Onboarding new customers | Static/Conversational Playlist |
| Internal team training | Static/Conversational Playlist |
| Top-of-funnel website demo | Conversational Playlist |
| Partner and reseller enablement | Conversational Playlist |
| Outbound sales prospecting | AI Demo Agent Guided Session |
| ABM target account campaign | AI Demo Agent Guided Session |
| Event kiosk or conference demo | AI Demo Agent Guided Session |
You can have unlimited active playlists and sessions running simultaneously under a single workspace. There is no cap on how many you create or publish — each Session consumes one credit.

## Overview
The **Image/Video** element places a media overlay on the video timeline. It supports:
* **Static images** — JPG, JPEG, PNG (raster), SVG (vector, full transparency)
* **Static with transparency** — WebP (static transparent images)
* **Animated images** — GIF, APNG, animated WebP (loop within the element's time window)
* **Video clips** — WebM (transparent via VP8/VP9 alpha), MP4 (opaque)
The element can be positioned anywhere on the canvas, given a corner radius and drop shadow, and animated in/out independently of the media's own content animation.
***
## Supported Formats
| Format | Extension | Transparency | Animated | Notes |
| :------- | :-------------- | :-------------- | :------- | :------------------------------------------------------ |
| **JPEG** | `.jpg`, `.jpeg` | ❌ | ❌ | Standard photo format |

# Textbox
Source: https://docs.demokraft.ai/ai-studio/textbox-element
Add, style, and animate text over any part of your video in the Demokraft Studio editor.
Textbox is the animated text element in the Demokraft Studio editor. You can add it on top of any part of your video to display text — a title, a key stat, a call-to-action, a label, or any other copy — with animated entry and exit effects and visual styling like shadows, outlines, and color blends.
Unlike basic captions (which follow the spoken word), Textbox clips are fully manual: you decide exactly what the text says, where it sits on screen, when it appears, how it moves in, and how it looks.
**A Textbox clip is defined by six things:**
| What | Controls |
| ------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Content** | The text you type |
| **Timing** | When the clip starts and ends on the timeline |
| **Style** | Font, size, color, alignment |
| **Position & Size** | Where on screen, how wide, overall transparency |
| **Effect** | Visual treatment applied to the text (shadow, outline, etc.) |
| **Animation** | How the text enters (and optionally exits) the frame |
***
## Adding a Textbox
In the Studio editor, open the **Effects** panel in the left sidebar.
Click the **Textbox** icon (a rectangle with "T" inside).
A default Textbox clip is placed at the current playhead position covering the full width of the video.
The config panel opens on the right. Type your text, adjust the style, and click **Apply**.
**Drag & resize on canvas:** You can drag the textbox to reposition it while playback is paused. Drag the left or right edge handle to adjust the width. Double-click the textbox on the canvas to edit the text inline without opening the panel.
***
## 1. Text
The **Text** panel is where you type the words that will appear in the video.
* Type or paste your text in the text area.
* Use **Enter / Return** to add line breaks.
* The canvas preview updates in real time as you type.
Keep the text short and punchy. Long sentences may wrap awkwardly at smaller font sizes or narrow widths.
***
## 2. Timing
| Field | What it does | Default |
| ------------- | --------------------------------------------------- | ------------------------- |
| **Start (s)** | The second in the video when the textbox appears | Current playhead position |
| **End (s)** | The second in the video when the textbox disappears | Start + 5 seconds |
You can also drag the clip's edges in the timeline to adjust the timing visually.
The animation entry plays from the Start time. Make the clip duration ≥ Entry + Hold + Exit so the animation completes before the clip ends.
***
## 3. Style
The Style panel controls the typography: font, size, color, and fill.
### Text Type Presets
Click a preset to instantly apply a complete set of font settings tuned for that role:
| Preset | Best use | Font size | Weight |
| ------------------ | ------------------------------------- | --------- | ------------------------------ |
| **Title** | Main heading, hero text | 80px | Extra-bold (800) |
| **Subtitle** | Supporting sentence below a title | 48px | Regular (400) |
| **Label** | Short category tags, section names | 24px | Semi-bold (600) |
| **Caption** | Small descriptive text, footnotes | 18px | Regular (400) |
| **Label Subtitle** | Thin secondary label | 32px | Light (300) |
| **Number** | Large stats, countdown values | 96px | Black (900), SpaceGrotesk font |
| **Custom** | Start from scratch, no preset applied | 48px | Bold (700) |
Selecting a preset updates Font size, Font weight, Letter spacing, and Line height all at once. Switching to "Custom" clears the preset selection so you can adjust everything manually.
### Font Family
Choose from 50+ fonts including:
| Category | Example fonts |
| ------------------------- | -------------------------------------- |
| **Clean sans-serif** | Inter, DMSans, Outfit, Sora, Geist |
| **Bold display** | Anton, BebasNeue, ArchivoBlack, Oswald |
| **Rounded & friendly** | Nunito, Poppins, Raleway, Montserrat |
| **Serif** | PlayfairDisplay, Merriweather |
| **Handwriting** | Caveat, Pacifico |
| **Technical / monospace** | JetBrainsMono, IBMPlexSans |
| **Geometric** | SpaceGrotesk, PlusJakartaSans |
Each font family in the list has its weight and italic variants directly available as separate entries (for example: `Poppins`, `PoppinsBold`, `PoppinsItalic`, `PoppinsBoldItalic`). Select the specific variant you want rather than using the weight or italic controls.
**For non-Latin scripts** (Arabic, Hindi, Bengali, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Thai, etc.), choose the matching **NotoSans** variant from the font list — these are specifically designed for correct rendering of those character sets.
### Font Size
Set the size in pixels. Range: **8 px to 300 px**. Default: **48 px**.
The text automatically wraps inside the textbox width. If the font size is too large for the content to fit in one or two lines, reduce the size or widen the textbox.
### Text Alignment
| Option | Effect |
| ---------- | ------------------------------------------- |
| **Left** | Text aligns to the left edge of the textbox |
| **Center** | Text is centered horizontally (default) |
| **Right** | Text aligns to the right edge |
### Letter Spacing
Adjusts the horizontal gap between characters. Range: **-10 to 30 px**. Default: **0**.
* Negative values tighten the text (good for large display titles).
* Positive values spread the text out (good for label / all-caps styles).
### Line Height
Adjusts the vertical gap between lines of wrapped text. Range: **0.8x to 2.5x**. Default: **1.2x**.
* Tighter values (0.9–1.1) look good for large bold titles.
* Looser values (1.4–2.0) improve readability for multi-line body text.
### Fill
The **Fill** control sets the color of the text itself.
**Solid fill** — Pick a single color. Default: white (`#ffffff`).
```json theme={null}
{
"style": {
"fillStyle": "solid",
"solidColor": "#ffffff"
}
}
```
**Gradient fill** — The text is painted with a smooth blend from one color to another.
| Field | What it does | Default |
| --------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------ | ------------------ |
| **From** | Starting color of the gradient | `#fa8c16` (orange) |
| **To** | Ending color of the gradient | `#ffffff` (white) |
| **Angle** | Direction of the blend (0–360°, 0° = top-to-bottom, 90° = left-to-right) | 90° |
```json theme={null}
{
"style": {
"fillStyle": "gradient",
"gradientColors": ["#fa8c16", "#ffffff"],
"gradientAngle": 90
}
}
```
### Text Glow
An optional soft halo radiated from each text character. Applies to **all effect types** (none, shadow, outline, background, blend). Enable via the **Text Glow** toggle in the Style panel.
| Control | What it does | Range | Default |
| -------------- | ----------------------------------------------- | --------- | --------- |
| **Text Glow** | Enable/disable the glow. | — | off |
| **Blur** | How far the glow spreads around each character. | 0–40 | 12 |
| **Opacity** | Transparency of the glow. | 0–100% | 70% |
| **Glow Color** | Color of the glow light. | Hex color | `#ffffff` |
If **Text Shadow** (in the Background effect) and **Text Glow** are both enabled at the same time, the canvas preview shows only the shadow (canvas has a single-shadow API). The exported video also suppresses glow when text shadow is active, so the two render identically. Use one or the other for consistent results.
***
## 4. Position & Size
| Control | What it does | Range | Default |
| ------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | ----- | ------- |
| **X (%)** | Horizontal position of the textbox's left edge, as a % of the video width | 0–100 | 10% |
| **Y (%)** | Vertical position of the textbox's top edge, as a % of the video height | 0–100 | 40% |
| **Width (%)** | How wide the text area is, as a % of the video width. Text wraps inside this width. | 5–100 | 80% |
| **Opacity** | Overall transparency of the entire textbox (text + any effect). 0 = invisible, 1 = fully visible. | 0–1 | 1 |
Keep X around 10% and Width around 80% to leave breathing room on both sides. For a centered single-word title, you can set X = 0 and Width = 100 with Center alignment.
***
## 5. Effect
Effects change the visual treatment of the text — adding depth, contrast, or blending it into the video. There are six options.
### None
No effect applied. The text renders as plain colored text over the video.
```json theme={null}
{ "effect": { "type": "none" } }
```
### Shadow
Adds a drop shadow behind the text.
| Control | What it does | Range | Default |
| ------------ | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | --------- | --------- |
| **Blur** | How soft/spread out the shadow is. Higher = softer, more diffused. | 0–100 | 15 |
| **Opacity** | How visible the shadow is. 0 = invisible shadow, 100 = fully opaque. | 0–100% | 20% |
| **Distance** | How far the shadow is offset from the text. | 0–100 | 15 |
| **Angle** | Direction of the offset (0–360°, measured clockwise from 12 o'clock). 135° = bottom-left. | 0–360° | 135° |
| **Color** | Shadow color. Usually black for a natural shadow, but any color works for stylized looks. | Hex color | `#000000` |
For a clean shadow, use a small distance (5–10), moderate blur (10–20), and low-to-medium opacity (20–40%). For a glow effect, set distance to 0 and increase blur significantly.
### Outline
Draws a solid border around each letter.
| Control | What it does | Range | Default |
| ------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | --------- | --------- |
| **Thickness** | How thick the border is. | 0–100 | 20 |
| **Color** | Border color. White outlines work well on dark videos; dark outlines on bright videos. | Hex color | `#ffffff` |
Outline is great for ensuring readability on busy video backgrounds. Keep thickness between 8–20 for a natural look.
### Background
Draws a filled shape behind the text — a pill-shaped box (rounded rectangle) that acts as a backdrop. Optionally adds a border, a drop shadow behind the box, and a shadow cast by the text characters themselves.
#### Fill
| Control | What it does | Range | Default |
| ----------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- | --------- | --------- |
| **Fill Color** | Background box color. | Hex color | `#000000` |
| **Fill Opacity** | How transparent the background box is. 100% = solid, 0% = invisible. | 0–100% | 60% |
| **Padding** | Space between the text and the edge of the box. Larger = more breathing room. | 0–80 | 20 |
| **Border Radius** | How rounded the corners of the box are. 0 = sharp corners, 50 = pill shape. | 0–50 | 8 |
#### Border (optional)
*Appears when Border Width > 0*
| Control | What it does | Range | Default |
| ------------------ | ----------------------------------------------------------------- | --------- | --------- |
| **Border Width** | Thickness of the border drawn inside the box edge. 0 = no border. | 0–20 | 0 |
| **Border Opacity** | Transparency of the border. 100% = solid. | 0–100% | 100% |
| **Border Color** | Color of the border. | Hex color | `#ffffff` |
#### Border Glow (optional)
*Toggle on to reveal controls*
| Control | What it does | Range | Default |
| --------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | --------- | --------- |
| **Border Glow** | Enable/disable a soft light radiating from the border edge. When **Frosted Glass Border** is also enabled the glow halos around the glass border (same outer edge). | — | off |
| **Blur** | How wide the glow spreads in all directions. Higher = larger halo. | 0–40 | 10 |
| **Opacity** | Transparency of the glow. | 0–100% | 80% |
| **Glow Color** | Color of the glow light. | Hex color | `#ffffff` |
#### Frosted Glass Fill (optional)
*Toggle on to reveal controls*
A stylistic glass-card look. When this toggle is on, the regular **Fill Color** and **Fill Opacity** controls are hidden — glass fill is mutually exclusive with solid fill. Rendered as a translucent tint plus a top-down sheen (lighter at the top, slightly darker at the bottom) that sells the "glass surface" effect.
This is a stylistic look — it does NOT sample or blur the actual video behind the textbox (canvas/export render identically).
| Control | What it does | Range | Default |
| ---------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ | --------- | --------- |
| **Frosted Glass Fill** | Enable/disable the glass fill. When on, replaces the solid Fill. | — | off |
| **Opacity** | Translucency of the base tint. Higher = more visible glass. | 0–100% | 20% |
| **Sheen** | Intensity of the top-bright + bottom-dark highlight gradient. 0 = flat tint, 100 = strong sheen. | 0–100% | 35% |
| **Tint Color** | Color of the glass tint. White looks most "glassy"; tinted colors give a stained-glass feel. | Hex color | `#ffffff` |
#### Frosted Glass Border (optional)
*Toggle on to reveal controls*
A stylistic translucent ring at the box rim with a thin inner highlight — looks like the rim of a glass card. Drawn **on top of** the regular Border (additive — both render together if both are enabled).
**Important — interaction with Fill:** When Frosted Glass Border is enabled, the Fill (solid OR glass) is automatically inset by `Width` pixels so the rim stays transparent and the glass ring shows the video frame underneath (instead of blending with the fill color). Turn the toggle off to restore the full-size fill.
| Control | What it does | Range | Default |
| ------------------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | --------- | --------- |
| **Frosted Glass Border** | Enable/disable the glass ring. Additive to the regular Border. | — | off |
| **Width** | Thickness of the glass ring (px). | 1–20 | 4 |
| **Opacity** | Translucency of the ring. The thin inner highlight scales with this value. | 0–100% | 70% |
| **Tint Color** | Color of the glass ring. White matches typical glass; colored tints work for branded looks. | Hex color | `#ffffff` |
#### Box Shadow (optional)
*Toggle on to reveal controls*
| Control | What it does | Range | Default |
| -------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------- | --------- | --------- |
| **Box Shadow** | Enable/disable a drop shadow behind the background box. | — | off |
| **Blur** | How soft the box shadow is. Higher = more spread. | 0–40 | 15 |
| **Opacity** | Transparency of the box shadow. | 0–100% | 50% |
| **Distance** | How far the box shadow is offset from the box. | 0–40 | 10 |
| **Angle** | Direction the box shadow is cast (degrees, clockwise from right). | 0–360° | 135° |
| **Color** | Box shadow color. | Hex color | `#000000` |
#### Text Shadow (optional)
*Toggle on to reveal controls*
| Control | What it does | Range | Default |
| --------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | --------- | --------- |
| **Text Shadow** | Enable/disable a shadow cast by the text characters. Layered above the box fill. | — | off |
| **Blur** | How soft the text shadow is. | 0–40 | 10 |
| **Opacity** | Transparency of the text shadow. | 0–100% | 40% |
| **Distance** | How far the text shadow is offset from each character. | 0–40 | 8 |
| **Angle** | Direction the text shadow is cast (degrees, clockwise from right). | 0–360° | 135° |
| **Color** | Text shadow color. | Hex color | `#000000` |
A semi-transparent background (40–65% opacity) is the most readable treatment for text over a moving video. Pair with center alignment and a bold font for maximum legibility. Enable Box Shadow to lift the card visually off the background. For a "premium UI" feel, try Frosted Glass Fill + Frosted Glass Border together — the glass tint at low opacity reads as a translucent panel and pairs naturally with light text.

## 6. Animation
Animations control how the text enters (and optionally exits) the screen. The text is split into individual units — characters, words, or lines — and each unit animates in sequence with an auto-derived stagger delay.
### Timing vs. Animation Phases
| Controls | What it does |
| -------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Timing section (Start / End)** | When the textbox appears and disappears in the video. This is the **clip's visible window** and always takes precedence. |
| **Entry / Hold / Exit (s)** | What happens *inside* that window — how the text animates in, how long it stays, and how it animates out. |
**The Timing section wins.** If Entry + Hold + Exit exceeds the clip duration, the animation phases that fall outside the clip window are cut off. The text still disappears at the End time you set in Timing — the animation just won't complete. The Animation panel shows an orange warning when the sum exceeds the clip duration.
**Best practice:** set Start/End first in the Timing section to define how long the textbox should be visible, then tune Entry + Hold + Exit to fit within that duration. Entry + Hold + Exit does not need to exactly equal the clip duration — any remaining time is absorbed as extra hold.
### Phase Duration Fields
| Field | What it does | Range | Default |
| ------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ | ------- | ----------- |
| **Entry (s)** | Total time for ALL units to finish entering | 0 – 30 | 40% of clip |
| **Hold (s)** | Time the text is fully visible and static (0 = entry flows directly into exit) | 0 – 120 | 20% of clip |
| **Exit (s)** | Total exit phase (0 = no exit) | 0 – 30 | 40% of clip |
* Set **Entry = 0** to make text appear instantly (snap in) with no animation.
* Set **Hold = 0** to transition directly from entry into exit with no pause in between.
* Set **Exit = 0** to disable the exit phase (text holds until the clip ends).
**Stagger:** within each phase the system automatically spaces unit animations using a 40/60 split — 40% of the phase time is spread as stagger delays, 60% is per-unit animation time. You never set stagger manually.
### Animation Speed Guide
| Feel | Entry (s) | Hold (s) | Exit (s) | Best for |
| ---------------- | --------- | ---------- | -------- | ---------------------------------------- |
| **Instant pop** | 0 | clip dur | 0 | Labels, callouts, quick captions |
| **Snappy** | 0.3 | clip − 0.3 | 0 | Fast-paced content, product demos |
| **Standard** | 40% | 20% | 40% | Auto-set when you pick an animation type |
| **Smooth** | 1.2 | clip − 2.2 | 1.0 | Feature highlights, marketing |
| **Dramatic** | 2.0 | clip − 3.5 | 1.5 | Hero titles, storytelling |
| **Flash in/out** | 0.4 | 0 | 0.4 | Entry directly into exit, no pause |
**Pro Tips for Speed:** \* **Words/Lines:** Increase Entry to 1.5–2s to give all words time to stagger in fluidly.
* **Characters:** For short words, 0.5s is snappy. For full sentences, use 1.0–1.5s to keep it readable.
* **Count/Decode:** Entry is the full animation duration.
* **Typewriter:** Entry controls the total typing time regardless of character count.
### Animation Types
***
## Tips & Best Practices
**Readability:**
* Use the Background or Shadow effect if your video is visually busy — plain text over complex video can be hard to read.
* White text on dark video needs no effect. Dark text on bright video benefits from a white outline or shadow.
**Timing:**
* Make your clip duration ≥ Entry + Hold + Exit. If the clip is shorter, the animation phase will be compressed. Check the Total readout in the Animation panel.
* For entry animations on long text with word-split, increase Entry to 1.5–2 s so all words have time to enter before the hold begins.
**Animation Choice:**
* Titles: Drop, Scale, or Words
* Data callouts: Count, Coded, Decode
* Flowing multi-item text: Carousel
* Subtle overlays: Fade, Ascend
* Code / technical labels: Typewriter
**Font Pairing:**
* Title (large) + Caption (small) = a classic size hierarchy.
* Use SpaceGrotesk or BebasNeue for big display numbers; Inter or Poppins for readable body text.
* Avoid using very light fonts (weight 300) at small sizes on busy backgrounds — they disappear.
**Export:**
* The visual result in the canvas preview matches the exported video exactly — same fonts, same animation timing, same effects.
* Textbox clips are rendered as a PNG image sequence on the backend and composited over your video at export time. Export time increases slightly with more Textbox clips.

This intentional design gives you full control over when and how your audio and visual outputs are updated.
***
## Editing and Generating Audio in the New Language
This workflow provides maximum flexibility to review and edit the translated text before synthesizing a voiceover:
1. **Review Text:** Make custom textual adjustments directly to the generated translation or enhance the phrasing using built-in AI assistant features.
2. **Select Voice:** Once the script is finalized, choose an AI voice profile from the available options optimized for your target language.
3. **Synthesize:** Click **Generate Voice** to render the new audio matching the updated script.
4. **Verify:** Upon completion, preview the timeline to verify the synchronization of the new voice-over with your project transitions.
***
## Additional Customizations and Document Review
Further customize your project to optimize localization accuracy and visual impact:
* Adjust timeline elements such as background graphics, slide images, or layout styling.
* Add contextually appropriate background music loops.
* Review the text document automatically generated by the system in the target language to check translation alignment and localization consistency across all outputs.
***
## Exporting or Continuing Editing
When the translated video fully meets your requirements, click **Export** to compile the final video file for external distribution, downloading, or publishing. Alternatively, you can save your draft and continue making visual and script updates as needed to refine the video further for your audience.

Click **Save**. The integration is now active and will process data from your next completed session.
## How data flows after a session
When a visitor completes an AI Hub session, DemoKraft AI processes and routes data in this sequence:
1. **Session ends** — the AI Hub session concludes and the visitor's engagement is recorded.
2. **Lead/Visitor profile created** — DemoKraft AI generates a Lead/Visitor Intelligence profile with qualification score (if applicable), content watched, and questions asked.
3. **Slack alert fires** — a real-time alert is posted to your chosen Slack channel.
4. Support for more tool integrautions is coming soon. Support for custom tool can be planned as part of Enterprise plan.
# Get Real-Time Hot Lead/Viewer Alerts in Slack from AI Hub
Source: https://docs.demokraft.ai/integrations/slack
The Slack integration sends instant alerts to your slack channel when a lead/viewer completes a session or other events like CTA clicked.
The DemoKraft AI Slack integration keeps your team informed the moment a high-intent event happens in an AI Hub session. Instead of checking dashboards or waiting for updates, your team receives a structured alert card in the Slack channel of your choice — with the visitor's name, company, qualification score(if applicable), and direct links to their Lead/Viewer Intelligence profile.
## What it sends
The Slack bot posts an alert when any of the following events occur:
* A session completion score (if applicable).
* A visitor event like a CTA button clicked.
## Setup
Go to **Integrations → Slack** and click **Connect**. Complete the OAuth flow and select the Slack workspace you want to connect. Approve Demokraft AI Slack app access. You are returned to DemoKraft AI once the connection is authorised.
In the Slack integration settings, click **Select Channel** and choose the channel where alerts should be posted — for example, `#sales-alerts` or `#Training-Users`. Click **Save**.
Click **Settings -> Notifications** and set your preferences in Notifications config.

Yet explaining software has never been harder.

Today's buyers expect instant understanding through engaging product experiences—not lengthy documentation or scheduled demonstrations.
At the same time, every team inside a software company depends on compelling product content.
