How to Use a Template
Open the template library
Click New Project → Start from Template from the AI Studio dashboard.
Choose a template
Browse the template gallery and click any template to preview its section structure and Motion Scene style. Click Use This Template to continue.
Add your content
Upload an existing recording, import a presentation deck, or record directly in the browser — whichever method suits your source material.
Let AI map your content
AI Studio analyses your narration and maps it to the template’s section structure. Sections that run shorter or longer than the template’s recommended duration are flagged for your review.
Review and edit
Open the project and refine it. Every element is fully editable: Motion Scenes (text, colours, style), section order (drag in the timeline), and the script (edit inline in the Script panel as usual).
Custom Templates
If you build a structure you want to reuse, save it as a workspace template:
- Open the Timeline panel in any completed project.
- Click Save as Template.
- Give it a name (e.g. “APAC Sales Demo 2026”).
- The template appears in your workspace’s template gallery under Custom Templates, accessible to all team members.
Custom template saving is available on Growth and Enterprise plans. Enterprise workspaces can also request custom templates created and maintained by the DemoKraft AI team.
