After Upload: What Happens Next?
Once your file is uploaded or your recording stops, AI Studio automatically:- Transcribes your audio — or extracts text from slide speaker notes.
- Analyses the content structure and identifies key product moments.
- Generates an enhanced script suggestion mapped to the video timeline.
- Prepares the timeline for visual effect placement.

Convert your file to MP4 before uploading. HandBrake (free, cross-platform) is the fastest option — select the H.264 MP4 preset and export.

Processing is slow
Files over 1 GB can take 10–15 minutes to process. You will receive an email notification as soon as processing completes — no need to keep the tab open.

Re-record using a headset or an external USB microphone, and record in a quiet environment. The AI transcription engine is sensitive to background noise, especially keyboard sounds and room echo.
