Three Ways to Start a Project

Record at 1080p or higher at 30 or 60 fps, and use a close microphone for the best AI transcription quality. The AI handles filler words and background noise, but a clean input always produces sharper results.

After Upload: What Happens Next?

Once your file is uploaded or your recording stops, AI Studio automatically:
  1. Transcribes your audio — or extracts text from slide speaker notes.
  2. Analyses the content structure and identifies key product moments.
  3. Generates an enhanced script suggestion mapped to the video timeline.
  4. Prepares the timeline for visual effect placement.
You receive an in-app notification and an email when your project is ready to edit. Processing typically completes within 5 minutes for files under 30 minutes.

Troubleshooting

Confirm your file is in .mp4, .mov, or .webm format and that the file size is within your plan’s limit. Try a different browser or clear your browser cache, then re-upload.
Convert your file to MP4 before uploading. HandBrake (free, cross-platform) is the fastest option — select the H.264 MP4 preset and export.
Files over 1 GB can take 10–15 minutes to process. You will receive an email notification as soon as processing completes — no need to keep the tab open.
Re-record using a headset or an external USB microphone, and record in a quiet environment. The AI transcription engine is sensitive to background noise, especially keyboard sounds and room echo.
