Every time you upload a recording or import a deck, AI Script Enhancement runs automatically on your narration. It strips filler words, shortens sentences to a natural spoken cadence, reframes feature statements as benefit statements, and adds transitions that carry your viewer from one idea to the next — all without changing your intent or the key points you made. You review and approve every line before a single word goes to voiceover. Nothing reaches your video without your explicit sign-off.

How It Works

Raw audio → Transcription → AI Enhancement → Script panel
  1. Transcription: AI Studio transcribes your original audio into raw text, filler words and all. Click View Original in the Script panel at any time to see exactly what you said, word for word.
  2. Enhancement: The AI rewrites the raw transcript using these principles:
    • Remove filler words (“um”, “uh”, “you know”, “basically”)
    • Shorten sentences to a natural spoken cadence of 10–15 words
    • Reframe feature statements as benefit statements — “this button saves your settings” becomes “your settings save automatically — no extra steps”
    • Add logical transitions between sections so the narrative flows
    • Close with a clear next step or call to action
  3. Script panel: The enhanced script appears on the right side of the editor. Each segment maps to a time range in the timeline — click any segment to jump to that exact moment in the video.

Review and Approve Your Script

1

Open the Script panel

After processing completes, open your project. The Script panel loads automatically on the right side of the editor.
2

Review each segment

Read through the enhanced script. Click any segment to jump to the corresponding moment in the video preview and confirm the narration matches what’s on screen.
3

Edit inline if needed

Click directly into any segment to edit the text. Changes save automatically. Keep sentences to 10–15 words and lead with the benefit, not the feature name.
4

Set the tone

Use the Tone selector above the Script panel to choose the register that fits your audience:
ToneBest for
Professional (default)B2B sales demos, product walkthroughs
EducationalOnboarding videos, customer training
ConciseShort-form content, social clips, GIF captions
EnergeticProduct launch announcements, marketing campaigns
Changing the tone and clicking Re-enhance All regenerates the full script in the selected register without overwriting your manual edits to individual segments.
5

Approve the script

Click Approve Script at the top of the Script panel to lock the script and enable voiceover generation and export.
The script must be in Approved state before you can export your video. Unapproved scripts display a yellow indicator in the project status bar.

Editing Tips

  • Keep sentences short. Spoken sentences land best at 10–15 words. Viewers process audio faster when each sentence carries a single, clear idea.
  • Match narration to the screen. Each sentence should describe what is happening on screen at that exact moment. If audio and visual drift apart, adjust the script or trim the video segment.
  • Use active voice. “The AI qualifies your leads” is stronger than “Your leads are qualified by the AI.”
  • One idea per sentence. Never combine two separate features or benefits into a single sentence.

Advanced Editing Features

Place your cursor at the split point within a segment and press Ctrl+Enter (Windows) or Cmd+Enter (Mac). The segment divides into two independently editable sections.
Select two adjacent segments by clicking the first and Shift-clicking the second, then click Merge Segments in the segment toolbar. The two sections combine into one.
Click a segment to select it, then click the Re-enhance button (sparkle icon). The AI regenerates only that segment — all other segments remain unchanged.
Click the Lock icon on any segment to protect it from being overwritten by future Re-enhance All runs. Click the icon again to unlock it.
Use Re-enhance on individual segments rather than running Re-enhance All when you only need to fix one section — it’s faster and leaves your approved segments untouched.
