# Creating and Managing Playlists
> Learn how to create, configure, organize, and share video playlists within Demokraft AI Hub to deliver tailored content.
Playlists enable organized delivery of video content tailored for various business use cases. This guide takes you through the step-by-step process of setting up and distributing playlists.
## Accessing the Playlist Area
1. Navigate to the **Hub** section in your dashboard.
2. Go to the **Library** and select the **Playlist** area. Here, you can view existing playlists or manage new ones.
3. To initiate a new playlist, click **Add Playlist**.

## Configuring Playlist Details
When creating or editing a playlist, provide a descriptive **Title** and **Description**, then select your desired access type to control who can view your playlist.
### Access Options
Demokraft offers multiple access control options to regulate playlist availability:
Allows any user to access the playlist without requiring credentials, facilitating broad availability
Prompts users to submit information such as an email ID to gain access, enabling basic user identification.
Submitted user details undergo mandatory verification using OTP before access is granted, ensuring maximum security
### Email and Domain Access Controls
In verification with credentials based access type, you can restrict access further by specifying allowed email addresses or specific domains. This precise control prevents unauthorized viewing and ensures your videos target the intended audience.
Demokraft also allows you to filter access strictly by email type—such as permitting only personal domain extensions or business domain extensions.

## Selecting Playlist Type
Choose a playlist type that aligns with your exact business objectives, such as choosing a type designed for lead qualification to support guided conversational flows for sales teams.
### Conversational Playlists
Conversational playlists enable users to interact natively post-video by asking questions. The system’s AI agent responds contextually to facilitate dynamic user engagement.
### Static Playlists
Static playlists offer a passive viewing experience akin to YouTube, where users watch videos linearly without the ability to interact directly with an agent.

## Setting Up AI Agent & Layout
Assign playlists to structural categories based on their primary use case. This organization helps manage metrics and user experiences seamlessly.
Provide supplementary details like a welcome message, company name, product name, and a rich product description. This enriches the agent’s context to improve automated answers.
Specify who the playlist's target audience is to ensure context and recommendation logic match customer demographics perfectly.
Select your display format: horizontal or vertical orientation. You can also position video queues to the right side with vertical layout, mirroring a YouTube-style interface for familiar customer navigation.
Input specific prompt instructions for the agent during user interaction. *For instance, if pricing conversations are locked, instruct the AI agent to explicitly guide users to consult a human sales expert.*
Click **Save and Continue** to advance.

## Organizing Videos into Categories
Organize your videos logically into distinct categories for user navigation.
* **Creating Custom Categories:** Add a category by entering a category name and clicking **Add Category**. Newly added categories will quickly surface with available videos ready for assignment.
* **Managing Assignments:** Easily remove videos from a category to place them back into your unassigned list, or swap them across other groups.
* **Sequence Control:** Preview playlists and sequential structures. You can map out multi-category flows to customize the end-user viewing track.
When users start a live session, the structured categories are presented seamlessly for simple topic filtering.
Click **Save and Continue** to finalize your setup.

## Adding Supporting Documents
Attach supplementary files (from the docs you uploaded to hub) to enhance context matching for the conversational AI agent. Providing well-chosen materials increases Agent response accuracy. Save your changes after making selections to update live systems.

## Sharing and Distribution
Once ready, playlists appear in the editing area where you can manage, delete, or retrieve sharing codes.
Demokraft offers multiple methods to share and deploy your playlists:
### Distribution Channels
Copy the unique URL string straight from the deployment pane for lightning-fast delivery to client lists.
* **Shareable Link:** Use the raw shareable link to distribute your custom playlist instantly to potential prospects.
* **Standalone Demo App URL:** Send viewers to an isolated web app module where they sign in through specified forms and watch materials externally.
* **Website Integration Link:** Embed the experience fully into your core ecosystem, making the session live right inside website pages instead of standard external pop-ups or external web links.
* **Widget Integration:** Will cover Widget Integration with your website in a separate section.
### Button Customization
Customize the Watch Demo button (with playlist link integrated) to be copied and pasted in an email or doc. Use configurations within the platform to adjust button styles and efficiently embed the playlist across your platform.
