# Insights Section User Guide
> Monitor content performance, track user engagement, and evaluate AI-driven lead qualifications with the Demokraft AI Hub analytics dashboard.
The **Insights** section offers comprehensive dashboards and analytics that facilitate close monitoring of your content performance, user engagement, and lead qualification. These tools support data-driven management of your Studio and Hub assets and get actionable insights.
## Accessing the Insights Section
After logging in to the **Demokraft AI Hub**, locate the **Insights** section in the left navigation panel. Click on it to open the primary Insights dashboard, which contains several subsections presenting various analytics and performance metrics.

## Analytics Overview
### Key Statistics
The dashboard provides an at-a-glance view of key statistics across multiple platform components including your **Studio**, and **Hub**. It covers different playlist types (such as guided, conversational, and static playlists) as well as varying use-case and access-type categories to provide comprehensive usage data.
### Comprehensive & Centralized View
This section consolidates data from both the **Studio** and **Hub** platforms into a single interface. This unified view eliminates the need to switch between multiple screens or modules, streamlining your ability to track activity metrics and assess content impact efficiently.

## Playlist Performance Tracking
The dedicated playlist section lists every playlist you have created, enabling you to assess effectiveness and engagement levels at a granular, playlist-specific level.
Opening an individual playlist reveals detailed metrics, including:
* **Viewer Count**
* **Session Activity**
* **Playlist Type** associated with the content
* Other info
**Future Updates:** Additional performance metrics will be introduced in upcoming updates to further enhance analytics capabilities.

## Lead Qualification Dashboard
The lead dashboard isolates analytics for **lead qualification playlists** specifically, offering deep-dive tools to track engagement and evaluate leads generated through your video content.
This dashboard is mainly applicable to Guided conversational playlists.
### Core Engagement Metrics
The interface captures crucial data parameters for lead management:
* **Traffic:** Unique and repeat visitors.
* **Consumption:** Total videos watched, total demo time, and average demo duration.
* **Completion:** Overall demo completion rates.
* **Lead Scoring:** Automated evaluation value calculated for each session.
Lead scoring assigns a value from **1 to 5** for each session based on the conversational data, detected buying intent, and alignment with the prospect's needs .
*A score of **5** indicates a highly qualified lead.*

## Session Reviews & Interaction Analysis
### In-Depth Session Lists
Review a detailed leads and viewers list that breaks down every individual session . This allows for an in-depth analysis of user behaviors and actions during their interactions .
For any specific user session, you can analyze:
* Exactly what videos the lead watched and their total duration of consumption .
* Which videos attracted the highest level of interest .
* User-submitted feedback or ratings, allowing for better content optimization and targeted follow-up .
### Score Justification
Lead qualification details display the assigned lead score accompanied by a plain-text rationale . This justification derives directly from the buying intent detected within the conversational logs, giving sales teams clear context for lead prioritization .

## Conversation Trails
You can access full conversation trails that record the verbatim interaction between the user and the AI agent during a session . This feature supports the review of conversational dynamics for improved lead nurturing .
Conversational Trail is only available based on your subscription plan and conversational or guided conversational playlist type. It is not applicable to static playlist type.
### Availability Matrix by Playlist Type
**Available**
Conversation trails are automatically generated and fully visible . These records provide valuable context to understand prospect needs .
**Not Available**
Static playlists do not include an interactive AI agent element . Because there are no live conversations, no conversation trail data is captured for this format .
