Your DemoKraft AI workspace uses a seat-based model for Creator and Admin access, keeping your team organised and your billing transparent. Every plan comes with a set number of included seats, and you can purchase additional seats at any time on paid plans. Viewer access is always unlimited and free, so stakeholders, clients, and reviewers can see and comment on your content without consuming a seat.

Seat Limits by Plan

The number of included Creator and Admin seats depends on your plan. You can add extra seats on Starter and Growth plans at a fixed monthly rate.

Viewer seats are unlimited and do not count against your seat limit on any plan. Assign the Viewer role to clients, stakeholders, or internal reviewers who only need to view and comment.

User Roles

DemoKraft AI has three roles. Assign the role that matches each team member’s responsibilities — you can change roles at any time.

Managing Your Team

Invite a Member

Go to Settings → Team and click Invite Member. Enter the team member’s email address and choose a role — Admin or Creator. Click Send Invite to dispatch the invitation.The invitee receives an email with a link to accept and set up their account. The invitation expires after 7 days if not accepted. To resend an expired invitation, click the three-dot menu next to the pending invite and select Resend.

Change a Role

Go to Settings → Team and click the three-dot menu next to the team member’s name. Select Change Role, choose the new role, and confirm. The role change takes effect immediately.

Remove a Member

Go to Settings → Team and click Remove next to the team member. Confirm the removal in the dialog that appears. Their access is revoked immediately. All projects and exports they created are retained in the workspace and remain accessible to Admins and other Creators.

Purchasing Additional Seats

If your plan’s included seats are not enough, purchase additional Creator seats at any time without upgrading your plan.
  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Add Seats.
  2. Enter the number of additional seats you need.
  3. Review the additional monthly cost and confirm payment.
Additional seats are prorated from the date of purchase. If you are on an annual plan, additional seats are included in your annual billing discount automatically.

Transferring Workspace Ownership

If you need to hand over workspace ownership to another team member — for example, when an account owner changes roles — follow these steps:
  1. Confirm the new owner already has the Admin role in Settings → Team. If not, invite them and assign Admin first.
  2. Go to Settings → Workspace → Transfer Ownership.
  3. Select the new owner from the list and confirm the transfer.
The original owner retains their Admin role — they are not removed from the workspace. Billing and the existing payment method remain unchanged after the transfer.

Enterprise Team Management

Enterprise plans include directory sync via SCIM (Okta, Azure AD, and Google Workspace) for automatic user provisioning and deprovisioning, custom roles with granular permissions tailored to your organisation’s structure, and a full audit log of all team member actions including access events, exports, and settings changes.
